Active Duty Military and Government Employees:
If you are a member and have orders to move from the Fayetteville area, please bring or mail in your orders as soon as possible. We will be happy to transfer your membership to an affiliate facility in the area to which you are moving.

If there is no affiliate health club in your new area, we will cancel your membership with no cancellation fee, but ONLY with a copy of your orders.

Spouse and Family of Active Duty Military and Governments Employees:
If you are a member and are the spouse or family of an active duty military or government employee who is leaving the Fayetteville area, and you are included as a dependent to travel with the service member, your membership will be transferred to an affiliate club in your new area of residence. Again, military orders of the service person is required. If there is no affiliate, there will be no cancellation fee.

If you are not included as a dependent for travel with the service person, and you choose to move, your membership will be transferred to an affiliate health club in your new location, upon proof of move. If, after sending proof of move, there is no affiliate, your membership will be cancelled with a $50 cancellation fee.
